Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All new NestHire accounts start with a complimentary 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card or payment information is required to begin a trial.
During the trial period you have full access to the features included in the Starter plan. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded and no charges will be incurred.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the Settings > Billing page in your account, or by contacting us at support@nesthire.io.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to paid features until the period ends
- No further charges will be applied after the current period
- Your account and data will be retained — you can resubscribe at any time
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with NestHire for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription date. No questions asked.
To request your refund, contact us at support@nesthire.io within 14 days of your first payment. We will process a full refund of your subscription payment.
This guarantee applies to first-time paid subscriptions. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service outage: If the Service experiences a material and sustained outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that was not caused by factors outside our reasonable control, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the affected period
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan amount), we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount
- Annual plan early cancellation: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of the annual renewal date, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the annual period

6. Processing Time
We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment method.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
